REQUEST the City Attorney to report on the status of the\ncurrent litigation involving AB 630 to Council in seven days.\n2. INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer (CAO) to report on\nthe existence or status of any RV disposal program operated by\nthe County of Los Angeles (County) under AB 630; whether the\nCounty’s program is available to or operates only in\nunincorporated areas or also in any of the other 87 cities in Los\nAngeles County; and, whether the City can participate in the\nCounty’s program.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative\nAnalyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
