(25)\n26-0313\nMOTION (PARK - PRICE) relative to a contract between the City of\nLos Angeles and the United States Golf Association (USGA) to provide\nsupplemental City services for the 2026 U.S. Women’s Open\nChampionship.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer (CAO) and the Chief\nLegislative Analyst (CLA) to negotiate a contract between the\nCity and the USGA to provide supplemental City services for the\nUSWO Event, and that the USGA pay for full reimbursement of\nall provided supplemental City services, in accordance with Los\nAngeles Municipal Code Section 41.20.1( c) Events at Major\nSports and Entertainment Venues.\n2. AUTHORIZE the use of supplemental Police law enforcement\nservices to support the USGA during the USWO Event, with full\nreimbursement of Police law enforcement services, in\naccordance with California Government Code section 53069.8.\n3. AUTHORIZE the CAO to execute and administer the contract\nbetween the City and USGA for the above supplemental City\nservices, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form.
