AMEND Recommendation No. 1 to read as follows:\nApprove the delegation of administration of the ULA Income\nSupport for Rent-Burdened At-Risk Seniors and Persons with\nDisabilities Program from the LAHD to the CIFD, including\nmanagement and distribution of associated House LA Fund\nAccounts for this program.\nFiscal Impact Statement: The LAHD reports that there is no impact to\nthe General Fund.
