The proposed pedestrian bridge crossing over Arrow Highway\nproviding a connection between the La Verne A-Line Station and the Fairplex Campus will\nrequire easements for the portion of the facilities that land on the adjoining properties.\nDiscussions with Foothill Gold Line Construction Authority and Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit\nAuthority (Metro) staff are nearing conclusion.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt a Resolution accepting the permanent\neasement from the Foothill Gold Line Construction Authority associated with the Transit Oriented\nDevelopment Pedestrian Bridge Project, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nPUBLIC HEARINGS
