GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with John L. Hunter & Associates for professional services to\nincrease the not-to-exceed amount and extend the Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement\nfor Services with John L. Hunter & Associates to increase the amount of\nthe Agreement by $840,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$2,229,720 and extend the Agreement to June 30, 2030; and 2) Authorize\nthe City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the\nAgreement.
