EHEMANN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider an Agreement for Professional\nServices with Helen Lessick to provide arts consulting services for the\nimplementation of West Hollywood’s\nBronze Silver Gold Three-\nYear Creative Plan (The Creative Plan).\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the Agreement for Professional\nServices with Helen Lessick for a total not-to-exceed amount of $225,000;\nand 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the documents\nincident to the Agreement.
