TICUN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will receive an update regarding the\ndevelopment of a smart public restroom pilot program in the mid-City area\nof West Hollywood and consider site location and funding as part of the\nFiscal Year 2026-27 budget process.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 10 Receive an update on site investigations for\nthe smart public restroom pilot program in the mid-City area of West\nHollywood; 2) Approve staff’s recommended unit location at 8461 Santa\nMonica Boulevard; and 3) Direct staff to return with final program details\nand a funding request as part of the Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget cycle.
