B.20.\nAGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH TOUCHSTONE\nIQ FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF EQUITABLE BUILDING\nPERFORMANCE STANDARDS [N. MARICICH, F. CONTRERAS, C.\nSHEN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of an Agreement for\nProfessional Services with Touchstone IQ to provide implementation\nsoftware and services for Equitable Building Performance Standards\n(EBPS).\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1)\nApprove a three-year\nAgreement for\nProfessional Services with Touchstone IQ in the not-to-exceed amount of\n$1,043,935 for EBPS implementation software, services, and technical\nassistance; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to sign and\nexecute all documents related to this Agreement.
