BARTLE]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting a Resolution to accept\nthe California State Department of Housing and Community Development\nLocal Housing Trust Fund Program grant in the amount of $5,000,000.\nThe funding allocation will be placed in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund\nto support the production of affordable housing development in the City of\nWest Hollywood.\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1)\nAdopt\nResolution\nNo.\n26-______:\n”A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD RESCINDING RESOLUTION\nNO. 24-073 AND\nAUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR, AND RECEIPT OF, LOCAL\nHOUSING TRUST FUND PROGRAM FUNDS IN AN AMOUNT OF UP\nTO $5,000,000”; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to\nexecute documents incident to the Agreement and all necessary\ncontracts, payment requests, and amendments for the purposes of\nsecuring the grant funds.
