SHEN, E.\nROTMAN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider authorizing the City Manager to\napply for and, if accepted, receive grant funding in an amount of up to\n$750,000 from the California Department of Housing and Community\nDevelopment (“HCD”) Prohousing Incentive Program (“PIP”) to support\nimplementation of the City’s recently adopted Equitable Building\nPerformance Standards (EBPS).\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1)\nAdopt\nResolution\nNo.\n26-____:\n“A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR, AND RECEIPT OF,\nPROUHOUSING INCENTIVE PROGRAM FUNDS IN AN AMOUNT UP\nTO $750,000”; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to apply for\nand execute the Agreement and all necessary contracts, payment\nrequests, and amendments to secure the grant funds.
