GONZALEZ]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving the award of a\nConstruction Agreement to Best Contracting Services, Inc. to complete the\nRoof Replacement at City Maintenance Facility Project.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a Construction Agreement with Best\nContracting Services, Inc. to complete the Roof Replacement at City\nMaintenance Facility Project in the amount of $176,250 and add 20%\ncontingency in the amount of $35,250 for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$211,500; 2) Authorize the Facilities and Field Services Division Manager\nto approve Change Orders to the Agreement; 3) Authorize the City\nManager, or designee, to execute all documents incident to the\nAgreement.
