MÁRQUEZ]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider a contract amendment to the\nexisting Co-Sponsorship Agreement with Los Angeles City’s Civil, Human\nRights and Equity Department for the 2026 Trans Job Fair, which will now\nbe held on March 26, 2026 at the Downtown Los Angeles UCLA\nExtension Campus located at 433 South Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA\n90013 on March 26, 2026.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Amendment to the Co-\nSponsorship Agreement with the Los Angeles City’s Civil, Human Rights,\nand Equity Department for the 2026 Trans Job Fair, now to be held on\nThursday, March 26, 2026 at the Downtown Los Angeles UCLA Extension\nCampus; 2) Waive the City’s Co-Sponsorship Policy requirement that a\nCo-Sponsored event be held in West Hollywood City limits for this event;\nand 3) Authorize the City Manager to execute documents incident to the\nAgreement.
