6)\nCONSIDERATION OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR FY 24-25\nRESIDENTIAL STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT - PROJECT NO. 25001 AND\nASSOCIATED BUDGET AMENDMENT\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Award the Construction Services Agreement for the FY 24-25 Residential Street\nRehabilitation Project (Project No. 25001) to Onyx Paving Company, Inc. as the lowest\nresponsible bidder;\n2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute the Construction Services Agreement\nwith Onyx Paving Company, Inc. for $4,646,000.00, in such final form as approved by the\nCity Attorney;\n3. Authorize the Acting City Manager to negotiate and execute any amendments up to\n10% of the awarded agreement amount;\n4. Find that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15302 (Replacement or\nReconstruction); and\n5.
