11F. CONTRACT AWARD - RESERVOIR 12 SITE IMPROVEMENTS AND FINDING\nTHE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nRecommended Action\nAdopt Resolution 26-53, which will:\n1. Find the Reservoir 12 Site Improvements, CIP Project No. 23403,\ncategorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nunder Sections 15301 and 15302 of the state CEQA Guidelines, Class 1\nand Class 2, respectively (repair and replacement of existing structures).\n2. Award the Reservoir 12 Site Improvements construction contract to GCI\nConstruction, Inc., as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C26-\n27, by and between the City of San Clemente and GCI Construction, Inc.,\nproviding for the Reservoir 12 Site Improvements, in an amount not to\nexceed $161,445, in a form substantially similar to Contract No. 26-27.
