5.4 MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH CALIFORNIA COAST CARPET &\nFLOORING FOR THE DIAMOND BAR CENTER FLOORING PROJECT\nRecommended Action:\nA. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-11 to utilize the Sourcewell contract with\nCalifornia Coast Carpet & Flooring facilitated through Gordian for the\ninsulation of Vinyl Flooring in four Rooms at the Diamond Bar Center;\nB. Approve, and authorize the Mayor to sign, the Maintenance\nAgreement with California Coast Carpet and Flooring for a not-to-\nexceed amount of $98,593.83; and\nC. Appropriate $24,000 from the Building, Facility, and Maintenance Fund\n(Fund 504) to fully fund the Project.\nRequested by: Public Works Department
