Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager toapply for up to $1.42 million in grant funding from the State of CaliforniaDepartment of Housing and Community Development (HCD) ProhousingIncentive Program.RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR,AND RECEIPT OF, PROHOUSING INCENTIVE PROGRAM FUNDS2. If awarded Prohousing Incentive Program grant funding from HCD, authorizethe City Manager to execute an agreement with the State of California forreceipt of the Prohousing Incentive Program grant funding for an amount up to$1.42 million, and any other documents required by HCD to secure the grant,approved as to form by the City Attorney.
