D. RENEWAL OF THE GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY\nOF LOS ANGELES FOR AS-NEEDED SERVICES\nThe City’s General Services Agreement (GSA) with Los Angeles County provides\nthe City with access to various essential, cost-effective County services on an\nas-needed basis when requested by the City, including but not limited to items\nsuch as bridge inspection and/or maintenance, and traffic signal maintenance.\nThe GSA has a five-year term, was most recently renewed on July 1, 2021, and\nexpires on June 30, 2026.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 26-08 approving\nthe renewal of the GSA with the County of Los Angeles for a five-year period\ncommencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2031, and authorizing the City\nManager to execute the GSA.
