23.\nCONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH TOTUM CORP. FOR ON-\nCALL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES SUPPORTING PUBLIC WORKS\nPROJECTS (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with Totum Corp. for on-call\nConstruction Management and Construction Inspection services, increasing the contract amount\nby $250,000, for a new total not-to-exceed contract amount of $1,482,635, and extending the\ncontract term by six months, through December 30, 2026; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with Totum Corp.,\nsubject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
