25.\nCONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH W.G. ZIMMERMAN ENGINEERING INC. TO PROVIDE ON-CALL PROJECT MANAGEMENT\nSERVICES TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 with W.G. Zimmerman Engineering Inc. for On-Call Project\nManagement services increasing the contract sum by $355,000.00 for a total contract sum of\n$970,776.00 and extending the contract until June 30, 2027.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute contract Amendment No. 1 with W.G. Zimmerman\nEngineering Inc. following approval as to form by the City Attorney.\nSPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY (Item 26)\nPublic testimony is restricted to three minutes per speaker, speaking once (excepting applicants\nwho are afforded a right of rebuttal, if desired), unless\nextended by order of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
