18.\nCONSIDER APPROVAL TO AMENDMENT NO. 2 FOR CONTRACT SERVICES WITH MDG ASSOCIATES\nFOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL FACADE INSPECTIONS AND PROJECT COORDINATION\nSERVICES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement with MDG\nAssociates to continue to provide professional services to the City's Housing Division and\nCommunity Development Department, increasing the contract amount by by $768,249.99, for a\nnew total not-to-exceed amount of $1,536,499.99, and extend the contract term through June\n20, 2029.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 2, subject to approval as\nto form by the City Attorney.
