INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 23-1072,\nAMENDING TITLE 8 (STORMWATER POLLUTANT ELIMINATION) AND\nSECTION 9-1N-10 (LOW IMPACT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS AND GREEN\nSTREETS) OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO COMPLY WITH THE\nMUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEM (MS4) PERMIT\nThe City Council is requested to consider adoption of an ordinance to amend the\nCity’s municipal code to comply with the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System\n(MS4) permit.\nPresenter: Community Development Director and\nManagement Analyst\nRecommendation:\n1. Introduce Ordinance No. 23-1072 (Attachment “A”) for first reading by title only;\n2. Find Ordinance 23-1072 exempt from CEQA, per Section 15061(b)(3) and\nSection 15308 of the CEQA Guidelines;\n3. Waive further reading of Ordinance No. 23-1072; and\n4. Schedule the second reading for May 2, 2023.
