84.\nEl Monte City School District Levying of Taxes\nRequest from the El Monte City School District (District): Adopt a resolution\nauthorizing the County to levy taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the principal\nof, and interest on, the District’s 2026 General Obligation Refunding Bonds,\n(Bonds), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $40,000,000; and\ndirect the Auditor-Controller to maintain on the 2026-27 tax roll, and all\nsubsequent tax rolls, taxes sufficient to fulfill the requirements of the debt\nservice schedule for the Bonds that will be provided to the Auditor-Controller by\nthe District following the sale of the Bonds.
