8. WATER FUND BILLING OPERATIONS ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION OF PROPOSED BILLING\nSERVICES TRANSITION TO SAN GABRIEL VALLEY WATER (FINANCE)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed billing services transition in the estimated amount of $356,000 for\nimplementation and $30,500 per month for ongoing services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary agreements, subject to City Attorney\napproval as to form; and\n3. Approve the necessary budget adjustments within the Water Enterprise Fund.
