Authorize the City Manager to sign License Agreement No. 9.4190 with\nSouthern California Edison (SCE), which includes the SCE land located\nat Washington Park, along with any additional amendments approved by\nthe City Manager, in consultation with the City Attorney.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign License Agreement No. 9.7879 with\nSCE, which is located across Topgolf's The Lakes golf course, along\nwith any additional amendments approved by the City Manager, in\nconsultation with the City Attorney.\n3.
