Consideration of Joint Powers Agreement Participation in the San Bernardino\nRegional Housing Trust\nRecommendation:\nAdopt a Resolution approving membership in the Joint Powers Authority for the\nSan Bernardino Regional Housing Trust and authorizing the Mayor and/or Town\nManager to execute the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement, subject to non-\nsubstantive clerical changes, and appoint the Mayor or a member of the Town\nCouncil to represent the Town as a board member of the newly formed Trust Board\nof Directors.
