DISCUSSION AND APPROVAL OF FUNDING FOR A COMMUNITY CELEBRATION\nRECOGNIZING CINCO DE MAYO\nRecommended Action:\nThat the City Council approve an allocation for the Cinco de Mayo Celebration scheduled for April\n25, 2026, at Foglesong Park from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in an amount not to exceed $10,000\nfrom the Community Benefits Fund (Cannabis), and authorize the City Manager to execute any\ncontracts or documentation necessary to facilitate the event.
