11. APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH PERATON, INC.\nFOR THE NASA GOLDSTONE VISITOR CENTER AT THE HARVEY HOUSE\nRecommended Action:\n1. That the City Council approve the Second Amendment to the Lease Agreement with Peraton,\nInc. for the NASA Goldstone Visitor Center at the Harvey House; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all required documentation and agreements.
