11.1\nFirst Reading and Introduction of an Ordinance for Annexation No. 39, Haven, into\nCommunity Facility District 2017-1, Maintenance Services\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Adopt a resolution calling an election to annex territory, including Tentative Tract\nMap (TTM) 38766, Haven, located on the northwest corner of Garbani Road and\nEvans Road, into Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2017-1 Maintenance\nServices and to levy a special tax on that land; and\n2. Adopt a resolution declaring the results of the special landowner election; and\n3. Introduce an ordinance, amending Ordinance No. 2017-231 and levying and\napportioning the special tax in CFD 2017-1.
