Accept the public improvements for landscape for Tract Map 37178, Menifee Town\nCenter, located at the northwest corner of La Piedra Road and Town Center Drive;\nand\n2. Authorize the City Engineer to release 90% of the posted securities per the City’s\nstandard policies.
