7.\nCONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO\nRETAIN PACIFIC CREDIT SERVICES FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE CITY'S\nOUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the Warrants as presented.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the minutes from the Regular City\nCouncil meetings held on January 21, February 4, and February 18, 2026, the Special\nCity Council meeting held on February 25, 2026 and the the Special Joint City Council\nand Finance Commission meeting held on January 21, 2026.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award a contract to Sierra Auto Group for the purchase of two 2024 Chevrolet Blazer\nPolice Pursuit Vehicle (PPV) EV’s and one 2026 Chevrolet Silverado PPV EV using the\nCannabis Tax Grant funds from the expense account number 244-4010-0004-8520-000\n(Machinery and Equipment) with a total not to exceed $163,000.00.\n2. Award a contract to Motorola Solutions, Inc. for the purchase of three APX8500\nvehicle radio systems with the amount not to exceed $34,000.00.\n3. Award a contract to Hom Communications for outfitting of two Chevy Blazer EV's and\none Chevy Silverado EV with the amount not to exceed $86,000.00.\n4. Adopt a Resolution (Attachment 6) appropriating $35,000.00 from fund 272 (COPS\ngrant) to the expense account number 272-4010-4018-8540 (Auto Equipment - AB 3229\n99) to fully fund the outfitting for three vehicles.\n5. Approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the appropriate\nPurchase Orders.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a professional services agreement with Pacific Credit Services (Attachment
