11.\nCONSIDERATION TO AUTHORIZE SUBMITTAL OF A GRANT APPLICATION TO\nTHE CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR’S OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES (CAL OES)\nFOR $250,000 FOR THE CITYOF SOUTH PASADENA, CRITICAL\n1) to recover delinquent accounts receivable over 90 days past due; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, and all related documents, in\na form approved by the City Attorney.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Task Order (Attachment No. 1) with HDR Engineering Inc. (HDR) to\nprovide engineering design services for the Meridian, Grevelia and El Centro\nPedestrian Crossing Devices Project (Project) in an amount not-to-exceed\n$112,342; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all related documents.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the First Amendment to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Moore Iacofano Goltsman Inc., for geographic informational\nsystem services.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the purchase of one ZOLL X-Series Advanced Cardiac Monitor/Defibrillator\nfrom ZOLL Medical Corporation in the amount not to exceed $65,117.93;\n2. Waive the formal bidding requirements and purchase pursuant to Municipal Code\nSection 2.99-29(9)(d) and the City’s Purchasing Policy; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Purchase Order and all\nrelated documents.
