11.B. Annual Weed Abatement Protest Hearing\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Opening the continued public hearing, receiving public comment, closing the public\nhearing;\n2. Adopting a Resolution declaring that weeds, brush, rubbish and refuse upon or in\nfront of specified property in the City are a seasonal and recurrent public nuisance,\nand declaring its intention to provide for abatement; and\n3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nCEQA (California Environmental Quality Act):\nAdopting of this Resolution is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(“CEQA”) under CEQA Guidelines § 15061 (b)(3) because it can be seen with certainty that\nthere is no possibility that the Resolution may have a significant effect on the environment.
