Authorizing the City Manager to execute a first amendment to the professional\nauditing Agreement No. 2369-AE with the Pun Group, LLP to extend the term\nthrough June 30, 2031 and increase the not-to-exceed compensation from $238,000\nto $668,792; and\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
