8.\nConsideration of Reappropriation of $1,000,000 from Morgan Park Improvements to the Ana\nMontenegro Park Project and Approval of a $430,000 Construction Contingency\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the reappropriation of $1,000,000 from the Morgan Park Improvements project to the\nAna Montenegro Park Project with a construction contingency of $430,000; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Recreation and Community Services to execute all necessary\ndocuments associated with the Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District\nGrant; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate and make necessary changes to the budget.
