15.\nApprove Interagency Agreement between the Housing Authority of the City of Baldwin Park\n(HACBP) and the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) for Project-Based\nVoucher Program at Grand Park Inn (Project Homekey Baldwin Park)\nIt is recommended that the Housing Authority Board:\n1. Approve the Interagency Agreement between HACBP and LACDA for administration of PBVs\nat the Grand Park Inn Project Homekey site; and\n2. Authorize the Executive Director of HACBP to execute the Agreement and any necessary\ndocuments associated with the PBV program; and\n3. Direct staff to coordinate with LACDA and Weingart Center to ensure compliance with HUD\nregulations and fair housing requirements.
