8. Amendment No. 2 to the HOME Investment Partnership Agreement between the City\nof San Bernardino and Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services (All Wards)\nRecommendation: Pg. 270\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to HOME\nInvestment Partnership Agreement Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program\n(OORP) Subrecipient Agreement between the City and Neighborhood\nPartnership Housing Services, Inc. for $1,184,879 and extend the\nagreement term through December 31, 2026; and\n2. Approve Resolution 2026-020, authorizing the Director of Finance and\nManagement Services to amend the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 operating and capital\nbudget by $1,238,169.45, by allocating $1,184,879 for Professional contractual\nservices, and $53,290.45 for the City of San Bernardino administration; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or their designees, to take any further actions and\nexecute any further agreements or documents as necessary, including minor and\nsubstantive changes, after review by the City Attorney, as necessary, to\neffectuate the implementation of the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program.
