11.\nLEASE AGREEMENT WITH ANNELIESE PRESCHOOL, INC. FOR PORTION OF\nTHE PROPERTY IDENTIFIED AS ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 988-01-95\nCONSISTING SPECIFICALLY OF THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 21542 WESLEY\nDRIVE AND THE SMALL MULTIPURPOSE ROOM AND COMMON AREAS\nLOCATED AT 21540 WESLEY DRIVE CONSISTING OF RESTROOMS,\nPLAYGROUND, AND PARKING SPACES\nRecommendations:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a lease agreement with Anneliese\nPreschool, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney, for an initial two-year\nterm with an option for three, one-year extensions, at the rate of $10,635 per\nmonth with an annual consumer price index increase; and\n2. Find the action is not a project within the meaning of the California Environmental\nQuality Act under Public Resources Code Section 21065.
