2. Preferential Parking Districts – 8815 Beaudine Avenue to 8944 Beaudine Avenue\nPursuant to a duly noticed public hearing, the City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Adopting a Resolution approving and establishing a Preferential Parking District on Beaudine from 8813\nBeaudine Avenue to 8944 Beaudine Avenue to prohibit parking between the hours of 4:00 PM and 10:00\nPM Monday to Friday except by permit; and\nb. Directing the Public Works Department to install parking restriction signage within 90 days of the\napproval of the Resolution; and\nc. Directing the City Clerk to notify the property owners on Beaudine Avenue of March 5, 2026, voting\nresults; and\nd. Appropriating $1,500 in Gas Tax Funds to install the parking restrictions.
