Authorizing the purchase of one (1) Traffic/DUI enforcement vehicle with emergency equipment\ninstalled, in the amount of $82,829.09 from Elk Grove Auto group; and\nb. Authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents necessary to complete the\npurchase in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
