10. 26-54580\nRecommendation to adopt Specifications No. ITB FM-25-664 and award a contract\nto AAA Oil, Inc. dba California Fuels and Lubricants, of Garden Grove, CA, Safety-\nKleen Systems, Inc. dba Clean Harbors Environmental Services Inc., of Norwell,\nMA, and SC Commercial, LLC dba SC Fuels, of Orange, CA, for the purchase of\npetroleum products, in an annual aggregate amount of $300,000; authorize a 10\npercent contingency in the amount of $30,000, for a total annual aggregate\ncontract amount not to exceed $330,000, for a period of two years, with the option\nto renew for three additional one-year periods; authorize City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into these contracts,\nincluding any necessary subsequent amendments; and\nIncrease appropriations in the Fleet Services Fund Group in the Financial\nManagement Department by $130,000, offset by funds available generated by\nrevenue received through the Fleet Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).\n(Citywide)\nOffice or Department:\nFinancial Management\nSuggested Action:\nApprove recommendation.
