19. 26-54589\nRecommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP PR-25-632 and award contracts\nto Community Animal Medicine Project, of San Pedro, CA and Helen Sanders Cat\nProtection and Welfare Society, of Seal Beach, CA, to provide high-volume spay\nand neuter veterinary services, in an annual aggregate amount of $245,000, and\nauthorize a 25 percent contingency in the amount of $61,250, for a total annual\ncontract amount not to exceed $306,250, for a period of two years, with the option\nto renew for three additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City\nManager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents\nnecessary to enter into the contracts, including any necessary subsequent\namendments.
