Approve Contract Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 2025-34-CC with Superior Pavement\nMarkings, Inc. for Thermoplastic Striping of Streets Citywide Project, #735-ST – Change Order\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving CCO No. 1 to Contract No. 2025-34-CC with Superior Pavement Markings Inc. (“Contractor”),\nto fund additional work completed including re-striping of crosswalks, pavement markings, and lane lines as\na part of the Thermoplastic Striping of Streets Citywide, City Project No. 735-ST, in the amount of $110,694;\nand\nb. Appropriating $60,000 in Proposition C Funds to cover additional work with Superior Pavement,\nadministration and staff time costs; and\nc. Authorizing the Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Works to execute Contract Change Order No. 1\nto Contract No. 2025-34-CC, in a for acceptable to the City Attorney.
