Waive further reading and adopt Ordinance No. 2026-01-CC, included as Attachment 1, approving ZC\nNo. 25-01 for a property at 8915 Vossler Avenue.\nb. Finding that in accordance with CEQA, this project qualifies for a categorical exemption under CEQA\nGuidelines Section 15303 (Class 3), “New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures,” and is thereby\nexempt from CEQA in that the subject property will continue to be used as a parking lot for a new drive-\nthrough restaurant.
