11. Purchase of One Ring-O-Matic 350 VX Vacuum Excavator from Haaker Equipment for the Public\nWorks Department Sewer Division\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Authorizing the purchase of one (1) Ring-O-Matic 350 VX vacuum excavator, or a comparable vacuum if\nunavailable, to replace the Public Works Department’s trailer-mounted vacuum, from Haaker Equipment\nthrough the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program, in an amount not to exceed $74,683; and\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents necessary to complete the purchase of the\nvacuum excavator, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
