10.\nRecommendation:\nAPPROVE the following, in the order set forth below, as recommended by the Planning\nCommission:\n1. ADOPT a resolution (VAC25-0001) ordering the summary vacation and abandonment\nof public right-of-way for a portion of Cox Road within the boundary of Tentative\nSubdivision Map TSM21-0004 for the Summer Ranch Estates project.\n2.
