Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Contract Services Agreement with CSG Consultants, Inc., extending\nthe contract term by one year and increasing the contract amount by $425,000, a new not-to-exceed total of\n$1,810,000; and\n— 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
