14.\nAppropriate $565,000 from Miscellaneous Grant Fund and $188,360.46 from Open Space\nManagement Fund, authorize City Manager to execute agreement with Mariposa\nLandscapes, Inc., in amount not-to-exceed $400,000 for vegetation management and brush\nremoval services adjacent to approximately 500 habitable structures: 1) west of Chino Hills\nParkway, north and south of Grand Avenue, 2) north of Grand Avenue, near Monteverde\nDrive and 3) south of Grand Avenue, east of Village Center Drive and find project exempt\nfrom review under California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Public Resources Code,\n§ 21080.49, subsection (d) and CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(h)
