16.\nApprove membership in new  San Bernardino Regional Housing Trust (SBRHT) Joint\nPowers Authority comprised of County of San Bernardino (“County”) and cities within\n“County” to fund planning, construction and acquisition of affordable housing, receive public\nand private financing and funds, authorize and issue bonds, and commit City to pay dues\nestimated between $31,000 to $55,000 annually; appropriate $55,000 in General Fund to\npay estimated dues; adopt resolution authorizing and directing execution of Joint Exercise\nof Powers Agreement (JPA) relating to membership in SBRHT and appoint Council Member\nto serve as Director on SBRHT Board of Directors for two-year term starting on effective\ndate of JPA
