9.\nAmendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Contract Services with JMDIAZ, Inc. for Engineering and Land\nDevelopment Services\nRecommended Actions for the City Council:\n— 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment”) to the Contract Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) with\nJMDiaz, Inc. (“JMD”) extending the contract term by one year and increasing the compensation due to JMD\nunder the Agreement by $349,000 to a total amount of $570,000; and\n— 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment.
