7.\nMID-YEAR BUDGET REPORT\nThat the City Council:\n1. Receive and file the Mid-Year Budget Performance Report for the 6-month period ending December 31,\n2025, which represents the balances and activity for the first and second quarters of FY 2025-2026;\n2. Approve a revenue increase of $3,058,944 to the General Fund FY 2025-2026 budget; and,\n3. Approve an appropriation increase of $2,646,889 to the General Fund FY 2025-2026 budget.
